Zack and Kristen

After a week in New Orleans full of Christmas family fun and the French Quarter, Ryan and I made our way to Jackson, MS to shoot Zack and Kristen’s wedding this past Sunday. We are home for less than 48 hours before making our way to the Ozarks to ring in the new year. Alas, I am unable to make a full blog post of this wedding this week. But I didn’t want to leave you without a glimpse into this beautiful December day.

This was a wonderful wedding for me to shoot, personally and professionally. I met Jeremy my freshman year of college, but haven’t seen him since around the time I got married, two years ago. His wife/then fiance Candy contacted me a few months ago to shoot their wedding. My heart is so, so happy to have had the chance to do this for them. And yes, I cried whilst editing. Oh, you’ll see why.

Ok, I’m not generally the type of person to do this, but I teared up when I saw Jeremy’s face the first time he saw Candy this day.
